TERMS OF SERVICE
BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE BELOW
I am not responsible if the client fails to read the given terms of service provided.
You are not allowed to: - Remove my signature from the artwork nor altering the artwork itself without my consent.
- Use the content for commercial use if you hadn't payed the commercial fee).
- Use it in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTS, cryptos, etc.
Order: -To order a commission you'll contact me via social media. I have the right to decline your commission offer if i don't feel comfortable or I can't make it in time.
-WIPS and sketches will be provided during the commision, please ask for them!
Payment: Payment will be done via Paypal in EUR(€). I will start working on the commission once i have the payment. If I’m unable to do your commission, I’ll fully refund you. Otherwise, I'll refund half the money.
As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: posting it to my sites, making speed paints, or presenting it in my portfolios/artbooks.-I'll send a link to Google Drive with the final piece.
I am open to any questions related to TOS.

No me hago responsable si el cliente no lee los términos de servicio.
No está permitido: - Borrar mi firma del encargo ni alterarlo sin mi consentimiento.
-Usar el contenido para uso comercial si no has pagado el extra de uso comercial.
-Usarlo en cualquier tecnología relacionada a blockchain, NFT, crypto, etc.
Encargo: - Para encargar una ilustración tienes que contactarme por redes sociales. Tengo el derecho de rechazar tu encargo si no me siento cómoda o no puedo acabarla a tiempo.
- Puedo enviar WIPS y bocetos, pregunta por ellos!
Pago: El pago se hará a través de paypal en EUR(€) Empezaré a trabajar una vez lo reciba.
- Si no puedo hacer tu encargo, devolveré el 100% del precio, de lo contrario, solo se devolvería la mitad.- Enviaré un link a Google Drive con el resultado final.
- Estoy abierta a cualquier pregunta relacionada con los TDE.
